What does my cruise package include?
Your Texas Jazz & Soul Cruise package includes one exclusive cocktail party with a one-hour open bar, along with private concerts, live entertainment, DJs and other special experiences created exclusively for our group. Pre-paid gratuities for your cabin steward, bar and dining staff are also included.
Can I book directly with Royal Caribbean and still attend the private events?
No. The Texas Jazz & Soul Cruise is a private, limited-capacity fundraising experience, and access to its exclusive concerts, entertainment and private events is reserved for guests who book through the official Texas Jazz & Soul Cruise program.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For added convenience, you can enroll in AutoPay to have scheduled payments automatically charged to your card.
FlexPay financing is also available for qualified guests, allowing you to pay for your trip over time with fixed monthly payments. Financing is subject to approval and applicable terms.
Is travel insurance available?
Yes. Travel protection is strongly recommended. Coverage may be purchased through Royal Caribbean or through independent providers such as Travel Guard and Travelex.

What documents do I need to sail?
U.S. citizens may travel with a valid passport or an original/certified copy of their birth certificate plus a valid government-issued photo ID.
A passport makes re-entry easier and is especially important if you need to fly to or from a foreign port due to an emergency or missed departure.
How many dining options are onboard Liberty of the Seas?
Liberty of the Seas offers a variety of complimentary and specialty dining options.
Complimentary dining includes: Main Dining Room, Windjammer, Café Promenade, Sorrento’s Pizza and El Loco Fresh.
Specialty dining and additional-fee options include: Chops Grille, Giovanni’s Table, Izumi Teppanyaki, Johnny Rockets, Chef’s Table and Starbucks.
Which beverages are included?
Complimentary beverages include ice water, brewed coffee, tea, lemonade, milk and select juices. Soda, bottled water, specialty coffees, alcoholic beverages and other premium drinks are available for purchase or with an applicable beverage package.
Is any portion of my cruise package tax deductible?
The Texas Jazz & Soul Cruise supports KTSU and its fundraising mission. A portion of your cruise package may qualify as a charitable contribution. Please consult with your tax advisor for details.
